Worst Carvel I have ever been to. Management was rude and obnoxious and called me greedy because I wanted to purchase more than they allow. Manager was training a new employee and was rude to her. Left us standing at the register with out acknowledging us for 10 min. The store was dirty and the ice cream cones that were in the case for purchase were broken and smashed. Do not go to this location

I should have checked the latest reviews prior to placing my order but I wanted to try something new as I usually opt for Dairy Queen. I am not sure if the worker these reviews are talking about is the same woman who took calls yesterday but a supervisor needs to be contacted. There is zero way I paid nearly $45 on items around 6 PM yesterday just to have it canceled by DoorDash so I could be provided a refund and am being refused one. DoorDash states that because it was placed directly with Carvel, they process the refund. Cue the blame game because I then speak to the woman again who states that since DoorDash canceled the order, they refund it. I even had a nice Dasher text me while at the store trying to resolve things. Carvel refuses and after reviewing these comments, I see why. It’s completely fraudulent. 2-3 hours of playing phone tag with DoorDash and Carvel, $45 and 21 hours later… there is no resolve. Just shifted blame and horrible attitudes customer service wise. Lesson learned but now I have to dispute this with my bank. I’m thankful all of these interactions were audio recorded.

I’m really disappointed with the condition of this Carvel and even more concerned about the way the employees are being treated here. What I saw during my visit did not feel right at all. The young woman working the counter was doing everything she could to help customers, and she was incredibly polite and patient. But the atmosphere around her was terrible. The manager talked to her in a way that was rude, unnecessary, and honestly pretty embarrassing to witness. You could see the stress on her face, and no employee should have to work under that kind of pressure. What really bothered me is that she appeared to be the only one working, and it was late in the evening. That is absolutely not safe. Any business should have at least two people on shift at night, especially when the management isn’t providing any real support. Seeing her left alone like that made me uncomfortable as both a customer and a human being. This isn’t a one-time thing either. I’ve heard that several employees have quit recently, and now someone else is leaving because of how things are run. High turnover like that usually points to one problem: bad leadership. Tried this carvel for the first time and did not disappoint! It Gives you this old-school delicious legacy flavored ice creams and cakes! Service was great although she was alone. Parking space is shared with other tenants. Accepts credit card but has a minimum $5 order. High chair available. Table and chairs available

Carvel Ice cream doesn't disappoint. The soft serve is thick and is a tier above anything else. As much as I do enjoy Carvel, it's a treat reserved for once in a while because it's fairly pricey. $4.35 for a small plain vanilla... yikes. 🤔
